Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to processing fees.
After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to our return policy conditions.
